Insurance coverage varies by provider and policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to review their personal insurance details prior to rental.
SEF 20 – Loss of Use
May cover rental vehicle costs while your primary vehicle is being repaired following a covered claim.
SEF 27 – Rental Vehicle Protection
May provide coverage for damage to or loss of a rental vehicle.
Proof of valid insurance coverage is mandatory in the Province of Alberta.
To decline our Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) coverage, acceptable proof of insurance must be presented at the rental counter at the time of pickup.
Important:
For G2/Class 5 GDL, international, and underage drivers:
Debit, cash, and cheques are not accepted for deposits.
Cheques are not accepted.
Travel Fees:
Unauthorized travel: $500 penalty
Return vehicle with same fuel level.
If not:
24-hour key drop available.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 2 additional drivers are permitted to be added to the rental contract at an additional charge of $9.99/day per additional driver.
Spouse is also considered an additional driver.
